On July 7, 2011 at 9 PM, on channel CBS, Big Brother will be returning for the much awaited season 13, with a twist that will "surely out do, any other season". Julie Chen the host of Big Brother, revealed on ET while giving a tour of the new BB13 house that the twist will be a "dynamic duo from the past" and they will play a significant role in this season of Big Brother.
While CBS is trying to conjure up more ways for people to watch BB13 after having poor ratings last year due to a horrible and boring cast, more and more people are looking for ways to find out information on this years cast. No pictures have surfaced of the cast, no spoilers have been brought public except for the slip of Julie Chen's most likely rehearsed line of the dynamic duo and no one has spoken of anyone that could possibly be on the show, due to most likely the contracts the contestants had to sign.
Tomorrow on Thursday June 30, the cast will allegedly be shown to the world for the first time according to buddytv.com, a week before the show is to air. I'm actually excited about this year's show, even though for the past 3 years Big Brother has just been going down in ratings, but this year for some reason I think its going to be different. I'm hoping they don't put the typical people on there this year as they always do, the token black male, or biracial female, the gay, the blond hair bimbo with big breasts, the muscle man, and the brainiac. Every year the people are always shallow, or just too smart for their own good, or just too dumb.
I'm tired of the same people running rampant on the show. I remember when Big Brother actually had people on there who weren't shallow and were real people with minds, but those were the golden days when Big Brother was actually interesting and had twists that made you want to want the show every single minute of the day.
Although I'm hoping that this show isn't as much of a let down as it has been for the past few years, and their aren't really any details of what's going to happen this season expect for the twists are going to be "bigger and better", the one good thing about this year's show so far is the location, BB is going to take place in Venice Beach and from the house tour Julie Chen gave, I can say that I would absolutely love to live in that house for 3 months. The house guests are going to love living there, but that's about it for now, seeming as there has been really no information given out. I'm waiting for July 7, when the show will air to see if it will be different, until then I will be waiting and watching for anything new about season 13, of Big Brother.
